1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and pak339 ("pak339", "we", "our" or "us"), governing your access to and use of the pak339 online gambling information and platform portal accessible at https://pak339.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the Platform by a User in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, free spins value or any other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, source of funds checks and any other due diligence required by the operator or applicable regulatory authority.
• "Platform" means the pak339 website, mobile site, any associated applications and all services made available thereunder.

3 Account Eligibility

To register an Account on pak339, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. pak339 operates a strict adults-only policy. Proof of age (such as a government-issued CNIC, passport or other acceptable identification document) may be requested at any time and must be provided within the period specified by pak339.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You must not be located in, a resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Users accessing pak339 from Pakistan acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining whether their participation is lawful under applicable Pakistani law.
4. One Account Per User: Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from pak339 or any other gambling platform or scheme that extends to the Platform.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address and any other details required for KYC purposes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. pak339 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, accessed without authorisation, or is subject to any suspicious activity, you must notify pak339 support immediately at the contact address provided in Section 17 of these Terms. You must also change your password without delay.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pak339 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any point, including at registration, before processing your first withdrawal, or whenever deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (such as CNIC or passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality or account closure.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves risk and you may lose all funds deposited. pak339 makes no representation or guarantee that you will win any wager or derive profit from use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and at your own risk.
• You will not use any software, device, script, robot or other automated means to access, scrape, or manipulate the Platform or any game offered thereon.
• You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities, or collude with other users for financial advantage.
• You will not engage in money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

pak339 reserves the right to monitor user activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Where suspicious activity is detected, pak339 may suspend account access, withhold funds pending investigation, and report activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

6 Deposits & Payments

Deposits to your pak339 Account must be made using payment methods available in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. The availability of specific payment methods — including but not limited to bank transfer, mobile wallet options and cryptocurrency networks — is subject to change and varies by jurisdiction and operator policy.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier. pak339 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or payment service provider.

Funds deposited to your Account must represent your own money, obtained through lawful means. pak339 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks in accordance with its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability and operator policy.
• pak339 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to both operator review timelines and the policies of the receiving institution. No withdrawal speed is guaranteed.

pak339 will not be liable for any delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions or technical failures outside of pak339's reasonable control. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are irreversible once broadcast to the network; users must verify wallet addresses carefully before confirming.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

pak339 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, refer-a-friend incentives and other promotional offers to eligible users. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated with each individual promotion:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from free bets or free spins are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus subject to a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in total qualifying wagers before associated winnings become withdrawable.

8.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-stake restriction applies as specified in the promotion terms. Placing wagers in excess of this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of the outcome of the wager.

8.3 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot titles typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino and certain other categories may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified wagering period, will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.

8.5 Bonus Abuse

pak339 reserves the right to withhold, reverse or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent bonus terms, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

9 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type, as published in the Platform's rules section. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or event.

Wagers accepted in error — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, technical faults or data feed failures — may be voided by pak339 at its discretion. pak339 also reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market and to refuse or void bets that are suspected to have been placed in connection with match-fixing, manipulation or any other integrity violation.

Settlement of sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 internationals and other bilateral series), football, UFC and other live sports markets, will be conducted in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. pak339 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific sport or market.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an Account if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Operating more than one Account, whether personally or in conjunction with others.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in money laundering or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of match manipulation.
• Engaging in systematic or coordinated bonus abuse.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any Platform content without authorisation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any element of the Platform software.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

11 Responsible Gambling

Users experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to make use of the tools and resources available.

12 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, framing, scraping, commercial exploitation or any other use of Platform content without the prior written consent of pak339.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak339, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failures, or the cost of substitute services.

pak339 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free or free from other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14 Termination & Suspension

pak339 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• pak339 suspects fraudulent, dishonest or criminal activity;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Continuation of your Account would violate applicable law or regulatory requirements;
• You have requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any real-money funds remaining in a verified Account following termination for reasons other than fraud or breach shall be returned to you subject to applicable KYC and AML requirements. Bonus funds, regardless of wagering status, shall be forfeited upon termination for breach.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pak339 support. Voluntary closure requests do not waive any outstanding obligations.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak339 holds its applicable operating licence, as notified to users from time to time. Nothing in this clause shall restrict the application of mandatory consumer protection or other statutory provisions applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged in the first instance to contact pak339 support to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the applicable dispute resolution procedures of the licensing jurisdiction shall apply.

Where alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is available under the applicable licensing framework, pak339 will engage with ADR processes in good faith. Details of applicable ADR schemes will be communicated to users on request.

16 Amendments to These Terms

pak339 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered users via email or prominent on-site notification prior to the amendments taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
